💼 Viewing Monthly Statements

• From your dashboard, click the “Statements” section.
• Select the previous month or date range you’d like to view.
• You can download or print your statement directly from this page.

Each statement includes:

• Income & Expenses: Rent collected, repairs, management fees, and other charges.
• Property Balance: Current funds held in trust.
• Totals: Ideal for tracking performance and preparing for tax season.
