Why Do We Sometimes Charge a Coordination Fee?

For larger repairs, renovations, or multi-vendor projects, our team provides hands-on coordination and oversight to keep everything on track, protecting your investment from cost overruns, miscommunication, and delays.

🧾 What Is the Coordination Fee?

For any project exceeding $1,500, a Project Coordination Fee applies:

• 10% of total project invoices, or
• $75/hour for coordination time - whichever is less.

This covers:

• Planning and vendor communication
• Cost comparison and scope clarifications
• Approvals, troubleshooting, and timeline management
• Final review and accountability

Our goal is to ensure your project is completed on time, within budget, and up to Apex’s quality standards.
