At Apex, protecting sensitive information is a top priority. We do not share your property details, financial records, or tenant information with anyone unless you provide explicit written authorization. Tenant information goes directly to you and is included in your closing packet, so you maintain full control.
There are limits when it comes to some information, such as applicant information: we cannot disclose detailed applicant backgrounds or personal data without their consent. This ensures we remain compliant with privacy laws while still providing you with everything you are entitled to.
