Apex conducts a thorough, documented inspection typically within 1–2 days of vacancy using the RentCheck platform. The inspection includes clear notations for cosmetic issues, areas to monitor, necessary repairs, and any other recommendations to preserve or improve your property.
We compare the Move-Out report to the original Move-In inspection (when available) to assess:
If no prior inspection is available (i.e., when we onboarded a tenanted property), we use all available data to complete the reconciliation to the best of our ability.
